When using our softwash technique for your house wash service, the determined cleaning solution is applied and allowed to dwell for a specific amount of time. This allows the solution to penetrate the cracks and pores of your home’s siding and kill those ugly eyesores (and spores) at their source. Whereas traditional pressure washing merely cleans the surface, our process eliminates any unwanted biological elements (algae, bacteria, mold, mildew, etc.). The result is not only a clean, but disinfected surface. The final step in this process is a light rinsing of the cleaned area that is no more powerful than that of a garden hose.

By using penetrating detergents, regrowth can be prevented and your home will look great for years. We recommend having your home washed every 2 years. We guarantee your satisfaction and offer a 1-year warranty on all house washes.
